La gtiliyya est un autre type de pates qu'on trouve beaucoup plus dans les villes du nord Algerien. La pate de base est faite a la main et a une forme qui ressemble un peu a celle du tlitli mais tres fine et un peu longue. A defaut, j'ai utilise la dwida pour la preparer, vu le pays ou j'habite.
